PTFE Carbon 25% 60 Shore D Compound
Self-Lubricating & Conductive PTFE for Dynamic and High-Wear Sealing
PTFE Carbon 25% (60 Shore D, black) is a high-performance carbon-filled PTFE compound, designed for dynamic sealing applications requiring improved wear resistance, low friction, and moderate electrical conductivity.
The 25% finely dispersed carbon particles enhance PTFE’s natural properties by significantly improving load-carrying capacity, thermal conductivity, and dimensional stability, while reducing creep and cold flow under pressure. This compound is ideal for rotary seals, reciprocating components, and antistatic environments.
