POM Wear Ring
Glass filled POM wear ring, offers high bearing load capacity over a broad range of temperatures. The function of the wear ring is to guide the piston and piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder, as well as to withstand arising side loads. At the same time, it prevents any metal-to-metal contact, which will damage and score the surfaces and eventually cause seal damage, leakage and component damage.
This wear ring is capable of withstanding high side loads and preventing metal-to-metal contact between the piston and the bore or the rod and the gland.

Phenolic Wear Rings
The phenolic fabric wear ring is made of special desalted white fabric impregnated with phenolic resin by heating and rolling, which is processed by turning. It has high mechanical properties, good oil resistance, low water absorption, and high wear resistance.
PTFE Bronze Wear Rings
PTFE bronze wear rings are high-performance guiding elements used in hydraulic cylinders to prevent metal-to-metal contact between the piston or rod and the cylinder wall. Manufactured from PTFE filled with 40% bronze, these wear rings offer superior wear resistance, low friction, and excellent chemical compatibility, making them ideal for high-speed, high-load, and aggressive media environments.
PTFE Bronze Guide Strip
The PTFE bronze guide strip is to guide a rod or piston to avoid metal on metal contact in dry or lubricated applications. A gap should intentionally be calculated in the cut length to allow fluid flow to and from the seal gland and prevent pressure trap or hydrolock between the seal and wear ring.
Polyester Resin Guide Strip / Tape
Polyester Resin Guide Strips are high-performance guiding elements specifically engineered for hydraulic seals and pneumatic cylinders. Installed on pistons or rod ends, they serve to absorb lateral forces, prevent metal-to-metal contact, and ensure precise axial movement. Manufactured from durable polyester resin composite, these guide strips exhibit excellent wear resistance, dimensional stability, and thermal endurance, making them ideal for demanding applications.
