Compatible Piston Seal for Agilent 1050/1100/1200/1260 (P/N 5063-6589)
This high-performance piston seal is designed as a drop-in replacement for Agilent P/N 5063-6589, compatible with a wide range of Agilent HPLC pump systems, including 1050, 1100, 1120, 1200, 1220, 1260 Infinity, and various pump modules (G1310A/B, G1311A/B/C, G1312A/B/C, G2226A, G4302A).
The seal features a carbon-filled PTFE sealing element reinforced with a 316 stainless steel spring, delivering excellent chemical resistance, low wear, and consistent sealing under high-pressure gradient conditions.
Replacement Frequency
Beyond routine maintenance it may be necessaryto replace the seals more frequently if they areoperating in a high salt buffer concentrationenvironment; or if the plungers are scratchedor worn. Seals may also need replacing if thesystem fails its leak test.
