O Rings

O rings are versatile seals used in a wide range of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. They fit into grooves and compress during assembly to form a tight seal. Made from materials like NBR, FKM, EPDM, and silicone, O rings provide excellent resistance to pressure, temperature, and chemicals. These seals are commonly used in valves, pumps, cylinders, connectors, and flanges across industries such as automotive, machinery, and fluid control. Proper material selection ensures long-term sealing performance and leak prevention.

O ring
O ring is a type of seals with solid rubber material or PTFE and an O-shaped cross section. Because its cross section is O-shaped, it is called O-shaped rubber ring. It is one of the most widely used hydraulic and pneumatic transmission systems.

Encapsulated O-Rings
The Encapsulated O-rings are made of a silicone rubber or fluororubber core wrapped in an FEP or PFA outer shell. This combination of a rubber's flexibility with a PTFE (Teflon) resistance to chemicals makes for strong, long-lasting O-rings. Encapsulated O-rings can handle extreme temperatures, chemicals, and wear and tear very well. They are a great option for sealing different things because they last much longer than regular rubber and plastic O-rings.
