APPLICATION
Seals are essential in terms of process stability, machine or device safety, and economic viability. Oil seals can be used in all hydraulic systems, pumps, pistons, pipe connections, etc. The seals play a crucial role in all rotating and moving part assembly as they act as a physical barrier to retain lubricants while excluding dirt, moisture, and other contamination. Oil seals can be used in the aerospace, automotive, appliances, marine, medical, military industries. More specific applications include motors, pumps, bearings, extruders, valves, compressors, spindles, gearboxes, etc. Also, the oil seal can be used to seal around the rotating shaft and maintain an oil-based lubricant inside the shaft, engine, etc.
The oil seals, more specifically, the dynamic oil seals, can protect the automotive engines. The dynamic oil seals are usually constructed from a rope packing or synthetic rubber. Usually, the seals can stand more shaft eccentricity and load and can operate at higher shaft speeds; hence, they have a better sealing performance and better protect the automotive engines. Our oil seals for automotive engines have high-temperature flexibility. The seals are designed with different temperature resistance level depending on the engine types and location within the engine. For example, the rear crankshaft seal is designed with higher temperatures of withstanding capability than the front seal. Of course, XHH has customized seals for industries such as engineering machinery, oil & natural gas, intelligent manufacturing, new energy industries, and so on.
